THE
LEARNING CURVE Winter/Spring 2010 VISUAL ART & WRITING WORKSHOPS
Time Management for Writers
The phone rings. The doorbell sounds. Someone in your household demands a sandwich. There is a mortgage to be paid, dishes to wash, errands to be run. The world is a series of conspiracies against any writer seeking to get his or her work done. In this short workshop, we’ll look at some techniques to keep the world away while you do your writing, even if only for an hour a day. Bring notebook or laptop, something to snack on, and lots of questions, and we’ll try to wrestle those conspiracies to the ground. Limited to 10 students.

Where: the Windmill Inn, 4250 N. Campbell Ave.
