Blogging for Writers
To develop as a writer, you need readers and feedback. How do you find them? You write and maintain a blog.
To get a book published, you need to have a following. How do you build it? You write and maintain a blog. To sell a book once you’ve published it, you need to have an audience. How do you get one? You write and maintain a blog.
If you haven’t guessed by now, this short course is about the best practices involved in writing and maintaining a blog. After our three meetings, you’ll be doing just that. Please bring your laptop computer (a suggestion, not a requirement) and come learn how to develop and build your audience, keep your blog running, and use your blog to advance your other work as a writer. Limited to 8 students.
When: Saturdays, Mar 3, 17 and 31, 9:00am-1:00pm
