A Taste of Tuscany and Provence

Experience the art and cuisine of Tuscany and Provence, with Linda and Larry Grossman as your guides.  Join us to see and taste how these similar yet divergent Mediterranean landscapes and cultures have inspired “palettes” from Da Vinci to Van Gogh and the “palates” of two of the most popular cuisines, Tuscan and Provencal.  The Grossmans will take you on a colorful culinary and historical tour of these centers of European culture and creativity.

When: Thursdays, Apr 1 and 8, 11:30am-1:30pm
Where: Windmill Inn, 4250 N. Campbell Ave.
Cost: $79 (2 sessions including gourmet lunches)

Instructors: Linda and Larry Grossman began visiting Italian friends in Tuscany in 1996 and have organized and led food and wine programs in Tuscany, Provence and Piedmont since 2000.  They also make frequent visits to Paris. She attended the University of Kansas and has taken courses at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley.
