Robert Rinker PhD

Robert Rinker, PhD, received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Colorado while doing research at the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics in 1983. During his 32-year career in the aerospace field Dr. Rinker performed analysis of complex atmospheric electro-optic military systems and advanced technology programs for the Navy, Air Force, Army and Defense Advanced Research Projects (DARPA). Dr. Rinker is an expert in electro-optics and atmospheric physics with 20 scientific publications and 6 patents. He has been applying his knowledge of atmospheric physics to the study of climate change and global warming since his retirement as a Senior Fellow from Raytheon Missile Systems.
