Robert Rinker PhDRobert Rinker, PhD, received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Colorado while doing research at the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics in 1983. During his 32-year career in the aerospace field Dr. Rinker performed analysis of complex atmospheric electro-optic military systems and advanced technology programs for the Navy, Air Force, Army and Defense Advanced Research Projects (DARPA). Dr. Rinker is an expert in electro-optics and atmospheric physics with 20 scientific publications and 6 patents. He has been applying his knowledge of atmospheric physics to the study of climate change and global warming since his retirement as a Senior Fellow from Raytheon Missile Systems.
